The Art Of A Good Marriage

Happiness in marriage is not something that just happens.
A good marriage must be created.
In marriage the little things are the big things.
It is never being too old to hold hands.
It is remembering to say "I love you" at least once a day.
It is never going to sleep angry.It is at no time taking the other for granted;
the courtship should not endwith the honeymoon,
it should continue through the years.
It is having a mutual sense of values and common objectives.
It is standing together facing the world.
It is forming a circle of love that gathers the whole family.
It is doing things for each other, not in the attitude of duty or sacrifice,
but in the spirit of joy. It is speaking words of appreciationand demonstrating gratitude in thoughtful ways.
It is not looking for perfection in each other.
It is cultivating flexibility, patience,understanding and a sense of humour.
It is having the capacity to forgive and forget.
It is giving each other an atmosphere in which each can grow old.
It is a common search for the good and the beautiful.
It is establishing a relationship in which the independence is equal,
dependence is mutual and the obligation is reciprocal.

now i do feel nervous
so people, the day is just arriving and suddenly i m feeling lil nervous. dono how things are gonna turn out n i hope everything is prepared well and nothing is missed out. it is a lot of tension.
anyways, i hope you all are also prepared for it. just to tell you all the plans for those two days (so you guys can plan out properly)......................
on 17th there is mahendi for which all the girls can come by 3/4. mahendi will go on till evening 7 i guess.
7 pm onwards is the sangeet which is a DJ party. for which you all (girls and guys everyone...... so girls with their better halves) have to come. all this is at my place on terrace.
on 18th at 10am in the morning is the grah santak puja and at 2:15 is the shaadi. so you all can come directly to the hall which is at juhu. and then the reception is at the same place at around 7pm onwards.
but you all have to come on 17th as i said before. its a sunday so i m sure you all can take out time.

This is a wonderful day for all of us..Shweta has given all of us a reason to smile to cheer and to feel good. She has given a birth to a cute sweet baby boy on 1st of Feb. We all now became MAMA's and MAUSI's..Guys I am just amazed how fast days are passing..But its so good to see your friends happy and doing well in their personal life.
From all our group I want to congratulate Shweta and Romin. Party lagoo hai...And all those getting binded in a wedding knot, Take some tips from shweta. :)

waiting for the day

i know..bahot dino baad likh rahi hu...was missing it very much...as my comp wasnt working properly...
bas thode gine chune din bache hai meri delivery ko...feel nervous n excited too....kya hoga kaise hoga....will b Boy.....or girl....???? saari buzurg ladies bolti hai....ladka hi hoga.....
sochti hu...jo bhi ho....kaisa hoga??? its all beyond your imagination...hw i feel being a to-b mother nw.(time hai tum logo ko....) bt must tell u its was wonderfull 9 months...romin ne bahot khayal rakha mera n his family as well.... as people say u feel every emotion a human cud feel in these month.....mood bahot jaldi change hota hai....bahot junk khane ko man karta hai.....

romin kal muje PIZZA HUT leke gaya tha....mere birthday ke din hum sab gaye the waha.....
had CHEESE TORTILLA, CHEESE GARLIC BREAD, PASTA, MASALA LEMENADE, SPICY VEGGI PIZZA, FRESH GARDEN SALAD...wah wat a relief....bt missed u all a lot...

GOING....GOING....GONE.....
hi ppl....
finally its all set.....we r leaving for US on 16th night.....
we r going to Cincinnati, Ohio.....n we r going for 1 yr or so initially....if akshay's project gets extended we will extend our stay.....hopefully this time i wont get so bored as even i can work there....i have got L-2 visa which allows depends to work there....so it will b a really good experiance there.....and also the cincinnati university is considered best for interior design studies.....so its kind of double bonus for me...
but i m gonna miss u guys big time there.....donnno how it will b there....we have to find our own home there....n get every litttle thing on our own....so lets see how everything goes....rt now its winter there n temp is freezing cold.....its in minus degrees.....n snowing too....generally nov to feb end or march its winter n snow....n rest of the days spring summer.....so its going to b one of a kind experiance for me....
actually yesterday was our interview....i hadnt told anyone as its a tidious thing.....but luckily we cleared everything n finally we r going....
my cell is not working some probs with it.....so will call u guys later...after sunday....
i hope it isnt to lonely there...akshay has told me u cant see a single soul outside....donno how its going to feel....after living in such a crowded city....just feel bad as i wont b there when nital n mahesh will get married....when shweta's babu will b born....or any of our festivals.....no frnds no family.....just hope it turns out good.....

Hi Friends,
It was so nice and surprising to meet you all on the 24th night. Thanks to everybody for making our plan a big success. Hope you all enjoyed it too..
Thanks to husbands for accompaning their wifes...Thanks to Rajesh for creating a melodious mood once again.. Thanks Kaps for all of your "typical kotyadhish jokes" and for keeping us awake all night..:)
Thanks Aditee for staying back overnight to share the joy..Many thanks to Shadru, Sanjay and Karan for being there to enjoy every moment.
I want to mention a Special Thanks to Mahesh and Nital for organising such a great get-togather. Especially for a fabulous and yummy dishes prepared by both of you. Guys, you wont belive but Mahesh can cook atleast 20 types of delicious (and Spicy) vegitable recipies. Shadru, Kaps and Sanjay will agree with me...and Thanks Nital for satisfying our tastebuds by preparing lunch and breakfast.
Belive me, We stayed at Nitals place for one an half day but It was kind of a picnic for Me, Shadru and Kaps..This was really a good break for us and We really appriciate the way Mahesh and Nital managed everything...Really, it was a pleasent sight to see all of us toagther once again
Hope we all will be togather...always
