The play was staged on 31st July 2008 on the occasion of Munshi Premchand Jayanti.

I hope you all will like the photos as much as I loved doing the play!

Dapoli (Hill station in Konkan)
Dapoli is one of the exotic and scenic places to be visited in Konkan. Just around 200 Kms from Pune & 240Kms from Mumbai, this wonderful place has some exotic & breath taking wonders of nature. At about 240 mtrs. above sea level, the most sought after places are beaches like Murud, Ladghar, Karde & Anjarle that add to value of Dapoli. Surrounded by hills & forests, Dapoli has a long costal line and nesting place for various varieties of flaura & fona. Dapoli stands to be an ideal getaway weekend for goers from Pune & Mumbai. Far away from the busy and hectic city life you can find peace of mind in the midst of nature.

Harihareshwar & Shrivardhan (MTDC beach facing resorts)

Harihareshwar is one of the finest places in Konkan. It is just 175 Kms. from Pune. It is famous for a temple on the seashore as well as the beach and the natural beauties here. Harihareshwar is about 25 Kms for Shri Vardhan. If one wants to enjoy travelling by sea, the launches are also available between the two towns. The temple here is one of the major attractions. Harihareshwar is known as Kashi of Southern India. Hi Friends,

Rain has started once again and climate seems so pleasent. I know everybody of us must be feeling like throwing off all work and going somewhere out. But the only thing that keeps us holding is leaves from office. I feel what we can do is, We can just comment on this post and tell dates when you think you can get leaves from work. We will check everybodies availablity and then can finalise a week for our monsoon picnic. Hope everybody will atleast give tentative dates.

its the time of the year again..... isnt it friends?

So its the time of the year again, its raining already....
Remembering those lovely days of our last konkan trip, me and mahesh are thinking of planing a weekend trip to some nearby place like matheran (you all can suggest better places if you know) over the next weekend (i.e. 2oth to 22nd)
Considering that many of us will not be much able to get leaves at this time, we were thinking of some place where we can go in weekend. so we can leave on friday evening and come back by sunday evening.
It will be great fun and a much needed break for all of us i guess.
Do reply soon guys so that we can quickly do bookings before these places get flooded with rain freaks like us.
