littlenital said...: hey sam great yaar. u have done superb research. thanks so much. yeah i agree we need to decide n book hotel today it self or else we wont get good place i guess. i hope u all will consider that girls are also there so we shouldnt go for some hotel with sharing bathrooms n all rt? we should atleast go for lil good hotel. mahesh was talking abt hotel called "deccan park or palace" something like that where a room is for 2100 per day i guess. that comes to 3500Rs per head including travelling from here to pune n back + traveling within pune + food for 3 days. (this is approx if we are around 8 ppl). n this one is surely good hotel. if we can get something cheaper its good but lets book today if poss or it will be too late.; December 27, 2006 11:32 AM

been to goa recently, thoda thoda karke Miscellaneous kharcha jo abhi dikh nahi raha woh bohot ho jata hai, to final kharcha bohot jyada hoga, lets see good but not tooo expensive option, aur abtak plan ghar ka tha to isliye itne kharche ke bare mein socha nahi tha. please jaldi yahanpe sabke....sabke comments muze yahan pe dekhhne hai, to final decisonm lena aasan hoga; December 27, 2006 12:50 PM

I have called up 8-9 hotels at puna today morning...most of them are booked...I luckily found one Hotel where rooms are available on 30th. Below are the details.

समीर said...: Ok...People dont get panic...I asked that guy about 6 people...he said we have to rent two rooms..he will add two more beds in per room.
If we add two beds per room it will cost us 1740. otherwise It will be 1100.

littlenital said...: rajesh we were looking for house. but no body gives house for rent just for 2 days. they generally give for 1/2 months atleast. there are some far friends whose house is there but we thought rather than taking their obligation we can spend some money. and by syaing good hotel i ment atleast clean hotel. i had been to banglore last year n there the hotel we stayed in had dirty roooms n bathrooms were also not clean. no body wants to go for honeymoon either n no body has decided that they dont want room under 2000 rs. but its just that i know how a bad room can spoil ur trip. sam let me know if u need any help.; December 27, 2006 2:42 PM

The Hotel is good and suggested by one of my office colleague.
It's in cetral pune and also in quite ambience.

The Non AC rooms are for:
(2 persons only)
950 per day + 10%Tax
AC rooms are for:
(2 persons only)
1350 per day + 10%Tax

We need to buy two room compulsory for 6-7 people.
Every extra person in room will cost Rs 200 extra.

So for 6 people that guy gave me estimate around:
Rs 3600 for one room for 3 persons for 3 days.
so for 6 persons total will be 7200 for 3 days...OK?

so around 1050 per person...

Now the Biggest problem...
The rooms are available on 31st and 1st of Jan..not on 30th Jan..
So guys think once again...when are we goin? On 30th or on 31st??

We can book those rooms on phone too..
